Taskworld is a top-rated online collaboration and task/project management software. The SaaS (software as a service) is designed to facilitate project and task management, collaboration, delegation, communication, knowledge management, measure progress and provide performance metrics for evidence-based evaluations within teams. It allows team members to assign and receive tasks, add followers, record comments, share and store unlimited files and organize projects.
It’s used by thousands of companies all around the world including industry leaders like IWC, Accor, etc. With a diverse, global team of 96 employees, we are expanding rapidly.
**Role Description**
We are looking for an experienced B2B Manager or Head of Sales (SaaS) who will lead our SaaS sales team worldwide. We currently have sales teams in Japan, Korea, Europe, and the USA. We have ambitious growth targets for the company in terms of product, customers, and sales. We are looking for a well-rounded leader who can scale our sales teams and refine our go to market strategy by focusing on specific industries.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage pipeline, create and execute account strategies, close deals and manage strategic market expansion for our task management solution.
- Develop an end-to-end inside sales playbook for each step of the sales process including prospecting, lead qualification, solution overviews, closing a sale and conducting retrospective analysis.
- Lead, coach and develop the Sales team and guide them to become one of the most effective and disciplined teams in the industry.
- Develop and establish a strategy for selling directly to targeted key accounts and new prospects across industries.
- Develop an account Plan for each strategic account, then drive the execution of that plan to success.
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to drive success and prioritize where Taskworld invests its resources.
- Engage with C-level Marketers to position Taskworld’s strategic market differentiators and orchestrate all necessary resources to closure.
- Manage, forecast and lead your sales activity/pipeline in the system to meet sales targets and company goals.
- Present solutions using appropriate sales approaches and techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations and efforts.
- Key Account Management and ensuring that the customers are satisfied with their experience of using Taskworld.
- Acting as a bridge between customers and the product team by continuously sharing user feedback.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of sales experience at a SaaS company or any related field.
- Excellent communication skills with an innate ability to explain complex ideas with clarity.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration practices like GTD, Scrum, and Agile, Etc.
- Ability to develop trusting relationships with our customers and team through ownership, integrity and consistency
- History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
- Enthusiasm for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal skills in all spoken languages and are able to explain concepts clearly and concisely
- Deep knowledge of the enterprise software industry.
