The Regional Channel Manager, Rest of Asia for DESTACO is responsible for managing, developing and growing the Channel Business in rest of Asia, which accounts for a significant share of Destaco’s business in the region. The role reports to Director, Global Distribution and is located in Bangkok. Territories covered will be Asia (excluding China). The role will work closely with the Global Distribution Director to implement global distribution policies, reporting and KPIs into Asian distribution network.

**Key Job Responsibilities **included but not limited to:
Chanel Management & Development
- Strategic Development
- Understand the market landscape, identify gaps and implement plans to plug in gaps in the existing channel network for all Destaco product lines
- Develop a list of potential partners and proactively start a dialogue to identify channel partnership opportunities
- Consolidate and Review existing channel contracts and restructure contracts to be in line with current Destaco policies and framework
- Define and Implement Channel Management and Performance measurement KPIs for existing and new channels
- Review and update pricing and rebate programs in accordance to Destaco policies and frameworks
- Implement pricing framework for Channels
- Yearly target setting for each channel partner and holding them accountable to targets
- Formulate and agree on a sales plan with each channel
- Gather market feedback from channels and feed into management for the purpose of corporate & strategic development, new product requirements and VOC
- Channel Management & Development
- Develop a strong relationship with existing Channel Network with all key stake holders (owners, managers, customer service etc.)
- Actively work on a day to day basis to support the channel network
- Work closely on Quotations for Project activity through channels
- Work closely with Customer service on daily order management and deliveries
- Issue escalation and problem solving
- Implement Destaco’s management reporting into all channels
- Implement any changes into pricing and discounting structure
- Capturing and maintaining key projects and opportunities being worked on by all channels in Saleforce/CRM
- New channel documentation, due diligence, contract negotiation and on-boarding
- Conduct ongoing training for new products with channels, by liaising with Destaco Application Engineering and Product Management teams
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Define and implement a monthly reporting with all key distribution partners, with active follow-ups on key activities, orders, developments, results etc.
- Develop & implement monthly internal reporting for Distributio for agreed KPIs and highlight issues and concerns in monthly management meetings
- Prepare monthly reports and other reports as required by the management
- Providing monthly and quarterly sales forecast by channel / region
- Marketing
- Conduct joint marketing exercises with channel partners
- Manage and regulate channel marketing inventory
- Other duties as assigned
