The position will be responsible for coordination to approach and full scope of maintain partner relationship and implementation of e-commerce partnership channel, with an intense focus on driving conversion rate and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business and e-commerce launch with digital partners in own account to enable sales via this channel, archive targets including identify partners with online products, campaigns management and digital marketing to implement effective communication strategy, integrate sales conversion mechanic with digital campaigns to deliver high sales conversion rate.
- Propose ideas for partnership campaigns to endorse teams and propose to partners. Respond to overall site content management and ensure all site promotions are properly set-up and scheduled.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (PD, Marketing, BD etc) to gather all necessary information and materials for affiliate model products launch/campaigns update. And coordinate to partners to develop partner’s marketing plan in order to achieve sales targets.
- Support after sales services with Partners on the analysis and provide reporting on sales and marketing campaign performance including to advise on daily coordinate and resolve customer cases from partners. Including conduct partners payments process, gift vouchers process and manage partners relationship.
- Coordinate and complete the UX/UI improvement of digital touchpoints that related to Partner platforms including but not limit to FE payment solution, FE customer acknowledgement landing page, customer journey etc.
