**Our Requirement**
- Lead end-to-end business development scope - from sourcing, driving negation, business planning, launching/ deployment to maintaining and driving continuous benefits from the partnership for up to 3 partnerships at one time
- Responsible for growing company revenue through external partnerships via joint programs within TrueID and with True Telco. This includes preparing forecast on new acquisition subscribers and churn for the allocated partners in the portfolio, setting up quarterly and yearly target, monitor performance and drive actions to course-correct partnership performance
- Work closely with TrueID B2C Revenue (Commercial), TrueID Marketing, and TrueID Product teams to ensure timely execution of joint campaign
- Act as single point of contact to the assigned external partners and as internal champion for the assigned partnership
- Support Line Manager (Head of Partnership) to create and develop roadmap to source additional partnerships for TrueID and TrueID TV such as strategies for penetrating new customer segments, retaining and driving higher usage of existing customers, and driving higher ARPU
- Monitor and assist Line Manager to drive best practices to keep team ahead of key industry trends
**Your Profile**
- **Proven work experience leading and/or part of an OTT partnership business development scope.**:
- Work experience in Telecom, Digital industries (Entertainment and Value added service, marketing is a plus)
- **Detail and Data oriented **- able to plan and execute end-to-end multiple partnership projects, excellence power point and excel (Pivot, V look up)
- Strong **interpersonal skills and collaborative working style **- ability to collaborate, influence, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals without requiring direct reporting line
- Previous experience in developing **business sizing and business modeling**:
- Ability to **multi-task in a fast-paced environment **and bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations
- Entrepreneurial and energetic - is engaged in new trends and ideas, keeps abreast of digital innovations and latest development in the industry and of our competitors
