**In this position you will...**

Develop and sustain partnerships strategy formulate strategy and value proposition in order to help the company achieve Partnerships growth targets. You will be responsible for maintaining relationship with existing partners to grow portfolio in various industries. In addition, you will lead, plan and execute campaigns/projects as well as manage both internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner.

**You will be responsible for**
- Formulating and implementing partnerships strategy and proposition in order to meet business objectives, financial targets and growth plans.
- Form strong relationships with business partners and develop communication channel between relevant parties.
- Negotiating and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
- Developing strategic initiatives to enhance and sustain business performance, partnership value and market success.
- Championing new projects as well as manage both internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner.
- Efficiently and effectively driving sales using digital marketing funnel metrics end-to-end.
- Using commercial awareness to correctly analyzes the business issues and identifies appropriate action.
- Analyzing the success of partner campaigns, produce reports and data analysis as supporting evidence.
- Maintaining and growing Penguin Privilege loyalty program that give our customers discounts from other companies.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in marketing and/or partnership marketing.
- Experienced working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work cohesively with cross-functional team, detail-oriented, organized with multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communications, and negotiation skills.
- Be proactive, self-driven, results oriented and welcome challenges with a positive spirit.
- Knowledgeable in working with digital customer journey is preferred.
- Good Thai and English literacy.
