Strategic Partnership Development Manager

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, or in a related field
- Experience in the mobile industry across mobile devices, mobile operator, and/or related start-ups
- Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Technical and product management experience across the mobile space
- Ability to ideate strategies and partnership opportunities, and autonomously develop them to fruition
- Ability to interpret legal documents and work with attorneys on contract language
- Excellent negotiation skills, tailored to driving mutually beneficial partnerships
- Possess an excellent network across the telecoms and OEM industry in Thailand
**About the job**:
Google’s Global Partnerships organization works closely with mobile operators, internet service providers, and TV Operators to deliver users the information they need and next-generation services they desire. The team builds relationships with, and technical solutions for partners across Android and Google Play.
Within Android Business Development, the growth markets team aims to identify Android ecosystem opportunities and strategic initiatives in the right areas. This includes accelerating Android adoption across the region while providing return on investment to all stakeholders involved, connecting more users with the internet, reducing barriers to access and at the same time aligning with Ecosystem partners' strategic ambitions as well.

**Responsibilities**:
- Create a long term Android ecosystem strategy in the Thailand market; identify the areas of opportunities and investments, capitalize and accelerate growth on trends, business growth, etc.
- Develop action plans to help implement and execute strategies, accounting for returns on investment and timelines.
- Drive cross-functional engagement with teams including Strategy, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations in order to deliver on product area objectives.
- Develop and manage direct relationships and drive executive-level engagement with partners across the Android ecosystem in Thailand.
- Drive partner engagement strategy and execution for the Thailand market, as well as develop, discuss, and execute term sheets and agreements with partners.
