Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy & plan aligned with company goals and objectives.
Managing & enhancing relationships with key decision-makers at new & existing partner organization.
Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders to ensure alignment & successful partnership initiatives.
Manage end-to-end internal & external process to execute the partnership campaigns with all stakeholders.
Monitor & evaluate partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape & emerging opportunities for strategic partnerships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic partnership management, preferably in or strategic partnerships role; either corporate or retail experience is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic partnership initiatives that drive business growth.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify & develop opportunities with negotiation skill.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills.
Well-rounded networking abilities.
Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented.
Presentation writing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous experience in the same industry segment is a plus.
