Manager, Partnership

Build ancillary strategic ecosystem through local ancillary partnership and execute go-to-market plan.
- Increase other revenues from non-ticket sources.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a network of partners across various industries.
- Create and pitch business proposals that conceptualize, structure, and define the terms of proposed partnerships, with key deliverables being presentation decks and financial projections.
- Negotiate with external partners and internal stakeholders (commercial, product, marketing) to come to a mutual agreement on the terms of the partnership.
- Track partnership performance post-launch to ensure business KPIs are met, and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of future partnerships.
- Lead internal workstreams to ensure timely and successful execution of partnerships.
- Cooperate marketing calendar with partner and work closely with regional/local social media, CRM, and creative team to ensure seamless campaign/activity launch.
**Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial partner, business development, and project management
- Having customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in computer literacy: Google Workspace, MS Office
- Able to travel for business purposes
