Business Development Representative

ReverseAds is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for being first point of contact of many of future clients across the industry.

**New Business**
**Development***:

- Methodically qualify, build, and maintain ReverseAds’ pipeline, and handover sales opportunities to our Sales team
- Consistently exceed the monthly and annual quota
- Evangelize ReverseAds’ technology & solutions

**Lead Qualification &**
**Customer**
**Re-engagement**:

- Organically qualify incoming contacts & leads
- Follow-through with leads to schedule meetings for respective Sales Representative
- Re-engage with ReverseAds’ existing customers to generate new business opportunities

**CRM**
**Excellence**:

- Responsible for accurately maintaining customer data's readiness on our CRM
- Partner with marketing, sales and executive teams to maintain and improve data management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development positions (experience in adtech/ martech a plus)
- Excellent communications skills in English. 2nd/3rd languages proficiency a big plus.
- Familiar with inbound/ outbound marketing
- Very strong organizational skills
- Strong listening skills. Ability to uncover and understand customer needs
- Creative solutions thinker who can drive ReverseAds success
- Detail-oriented and flexible
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude
- Extensive knowledge in CRM (experience in using HubSpot is an advantage)
