**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Thailand Business Development (BD) Manager to lead our business development efforts and build strong partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across Thailand. As the Business Development Manager, you will be building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders and helping the sales team to acquire more customers. Your main focus will be to increase our brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and expand our business network in the Thai market.

**Job description**:
1. Develop and execute the Thailand business development strategy to drive user

acquisition, increase market penetration, and meet or exceed revenue targets.

2. Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various industries, including finance, technology, and media, to establish strategic partnerships and expand our brand influence.

3. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, establishing and maintaining a strong presence in the Thailand cryptocurrency community.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency space, and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the financial or technology industry, preferably within the cryptocurrency sector.
- Strong understanding of the Thailand cryptocurrency market, regulatory landscape, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships with Key
- Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influential individuals.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
- build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a track record of delivering business
- growth and exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required, and proficiency in Thailand languages is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ฿35,220.00 - ฿52,830.00 per month
