**Posotion: Growth Manager**

Job Highlights
- Develop commercial strategies and Drive Commercial initiatives; from data-driven opportunity identification, solutioning, process design, and implementation
- High level of analytical and critical thinking skills required
- 2-4 years experience in business commercial or any related project management in Commercial
- Good communication in both Thai and English

**Responsibilities**:
1. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives within the team agent business model.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment that aligns with the company's values and objectives.

2. Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and maximize revenue within the team agent model.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing product penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments.

3. Business Expansion
- Identify new markets, demographics, and segments for team agent business expansion.
- Design and implement initiatives to increase market share and capture untapped opportunities.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance the team agent business's visibility and reach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including existing team agent business partners and potential collaborators.
- Off Site visit and travel to meet agents (BKK or upcountry) in the various channels.

4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes, enhance conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
- Continuously refine and iterate on strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Sales or Commercial Experience of 3-5 years. Background in Insurance is an advantage.
- Good communication in both Thai and English (speaking and writing).
- Self-driven, goal-driven mindset and “Can Do” attitude and also able to work under pressure.
