**Your Challenge**:
The Head of Commercial is responsible for managing the vision and goals of a group of products or a process (e.g., revenue, sales, etc.) and measuring the performance health through OKRs and KPIs. They own the revenue target to ensure the roadmap meets the expectations of stakeholders and the team
- Defines vision and goals for revenue and presents it to stakeholders; defines Squad specific goals in collaboration with the Squads
- Responsible for Quarterly Business Review (QBR), give direction on quarterly priorities
- Responsible for overall roadmap. Manages expectations of external stakeholders, esp. CXOs and TL
- Make sure mission and goals align with company strategic aspiration and with other stakeholders, e.g., Tech team
- Make sure to achieve performance health goals through OKRs and KPIs
- Be a role model and coach; conduct regular 1:1s
- Build a culture of accountability and ownership by empowering team and setting clear expectations
- Extends economic limits for business initiatives outside normal scope when project potential warrants it
- Monitor the team’s adherence to all financial targets
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a business owner in the relevant field/product/customer segment, with responsibility for P&L and key performance indicators of the organization
- Deep understanding of industry trends and client needs, ability to create a value proposition for the client and a vision for the product group
- Experience in Agile as a head of Commercial, strong skills of providing direction to team
- Certification of Scrum Master, Product Owner is a plus
- Prior involvement in IT heavy chapters is a plus
- Critical thinking, ability to find new solutions outside traditional frameworks and make radical change
- Belief in a non-hierarchical culture of interaction, transparency and trust in team
- Willingness to "roll up one's sleeves," work and study outside of one's comfort zone and motivate the team toward such behavior
- Coach employees and help to remove road blocks
- Experimentalist frame of mind for innovation who is willing to fail often and fast
