Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:

- As the Continuous Improvement Lead for the Logistics Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and strategic alignment of our logistics operations. You will lead a dynamic team focused on driving impactful improvements across pickup, delivery, and middle mile operations, leveraging data-driven insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Lead and mentor the Continuous Improvement team within logistics, comprising Product, Project, UX and Data specialists.
- Take ownership of identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process and product improvements across the logistics function.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and align improvement initiatives with customer demands and supply chain requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive benchmarking analyses of pickup, delivery, line haul, and sorting operations to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at enhancing the coordination and performance of our logistics network.
- Drive change management efforts within logistics, ensuring effective implementation and adoption of improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to logistics operations, continuously striving for improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate effective upward communication and management to align improvement efforts with organizational strategies and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience optimizing end-to-end logistics processes
- Strong command of Google suite; familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, leading complex logistics improvement initiatives from inception to successful implementation.
- Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts and warehousing.
- Adaptive to dynamic environments, capable of managing shifting priorities and making informed decisions under pressure.
- Willingness and capability to engage in on-ground operational activities to gain insights and drive practical improvements.
