DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- To use SQL and MS Excel to build Logistics metrics and align metric logic with stakeholders when needed
- To prepare performance visualization by creating dashboard for both management and working team
- To monitor Logistics performance and alert stakeholders for any abnormal signal
- To lead Logistics UX project based on the situation
- To support any data related to metric and ad-hoc

**Requirements**:

- Age 27-35 years
- 5 years of working experience. Logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong experience in building dashboards by using MS Excel. Experience in SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Quick learner, adaptive, and agile to re-calibrate with changes in business direction
- Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills, good team player, and willing to go extra mile
- Advanced English level for communicating with peers and various levels of management
