1. Take role as HR business partner to manage Regional HRBP and Business Managers and leadership team in Brenntag Lubricants Thailand Company Limited as well as supporting Country HR Manager in Brenntag Ingredients Thailand Company Limited.
2. Review, maintain and disseminate policies and procedures, programs and processes in human resource functions, ensure compliance with Laws, business priorities and objectives in the country and Regional HR Strategies.
3. Manage and review recruitment and selection process. Ensure the development of policies and procedures to attract, interview, screen, test and select employees that meet the Company’s need.
4. Assess employee leaning needs, define, implement and monitor learning and development programs for staff at all levels that will enhance competency to perform their jobs satisfactorily. Ensure proper individual development plan for High Potentials and key positions to ensure organization bench strength in the future.
5. Manage and maintain Brenntag Lubricants Thailand Company Limited’s employees data in the HR related system including Cornerstone and HR Portal, ensure employee data is updated in timely with accuracy.
6. Manage the overall Payroll for Brenntag Lubricants Thailand Company Limited. Review and recommend the total remuneration to maintain company’s competitiveness and legal compliance. Perform annual salary review and bonus payout administration, as well as provides guidance, advice and assistance to Line Manager on matters related to compensation and benefit.
7. Facilitate the performance management system that includes performance evaluation, performance development, career development and succession planning, as well as reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff at all level and functions in Brenntag Lubricants Thailand Company Limited.
