Assistant HR Manager

Our client is a well-known listed company in Thailand, operating for almost 40 years in Thailand. They keep expanding new businesses worldwide and hiring many talents to bring new ideas and work closely with the management team in this flat organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and implementing and interpreting Human Resource policies, procedures, and systems and ensuring consistency and harmony with the Global HR/OD framework and national labor legislation.
- Developing and implementing human resource plans that are aligned with the country's strategy, goals, and priorities.
- Facilitating recruitment, selection, induction, and orientation processes.
- Developing and implementing performance management systems that all staff can use in facilitating feedback.
- Developing and implementing employee welfare and wellness services including medical schemes, insurance, security, and work-life balance.
- Participating with HR Functions such as the Internal Communications team to design, prepare details, and implement work plans to promote core value/ culture or leverage internal communication.
- Handling project management and leadership of cultural activities.
- Planning for the long-term sustainability of organization culture.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or higher degree in human resources, psychology, communication, or any related field.
- At least 4 Years of experience in culture implementation, organization change activities, or career development.
- Be creative, Initiative, and Proactive for projects.
- Excellence Communication skills.
- Passionate about organizing activities and working with people at all levels.
