**Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
**A **cademic Qualifications/ Work Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychologist
- At least 5 years of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition experience. International working experience in multicultural corporates/ HR in hospitality companies is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
- Have an up-to-date picture of market demands. Working experience in recruitment activities of perfumes & cosmetics industry is an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting
- Possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems

**Responsibilities:MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1.TALENT ACQUISITION**
- Creating recruitment sourcing plans, working with Senior Human Resources Manager to identify strategic and effective sources
- Placing advertisements in career pages and other job portals, enhancing recruitment through various social media channels or employee referral program
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines, regularly refreshing and updating talent lists
- Generating interview feedback and regular recruitment reports, completing other recruitment administrative tasks
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**2. ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE AND ENGAEMENT ACTIVITIES**
- Manage, coordinate, and support all aspects/elements of new hire experience, including first day orientation, experience projects and initiatives
- Enhance and standardize the new hire onboarding journey at a regional/global standard from an employee experience perspective
- Responsible for Day 1- 3 new hire process, 100-day onboarding program, curate relevant content and deliver onboarding briefing and programs for designated employee segment as well as welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour
- Responsible for maintaining targets of satisfaction / quality scores on onboarding experience. Evaluate satisfaction results and propose improvements.
- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for new hires, ensuring they receive clear and simple information before and upon arrival.
- Handle day-to-day operations relating to the onboarding of new hires and internal mobility with high degree of confidentiality
- Provide hiring managers guidance on welcoming their new hire and setting them up for success
- Take ownership of tasks; identify opportunities and propose solutions on how to improve the processes
- Coordinate with IS&T and HR operations for completing checklist of access set-ups for new hires
