**Responsibilities**
- Setting up and developing new standards for HR policies & procedures and rules & regulations.
- Assisting in human resources initiatives and by doing so help ensure a results-oriented culture, performance-strong leadership capability, and a culture of integrity, passion, and entrepreneurialism.
- Guiding employees and management on employee relations issues such as performance management, employee development, training, succession planning, etc.
- Providing administrative and coordinative support in recruiting talent into the organization.
- Maintaining database and employee records of employee status changes, including new hires, terminations, pay, and/or title changes. Review changes according to policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely actions.
- Developing and implementing employee communications and programs to ensure employees feel connected to and a part of the company.
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with all applicable employment and labor regulations.
- Following up by requirement of the IOS standards.
- Handling other duties and special projects may be assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in developing HR policies & procedures and rules & regulations.
- 5 -7 years experience in an HR generalist role preferably experience with a manufacturing business.
- Able to see the big picture and manage stakeholders across levels for HR implementation with good influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with regional or matrix structure organization
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Able to work on Saturday (2 Saturdays/Month).
- Good command of the English language.
