**SENIOR PLANT HRBP - ASIA/ FMCG/ STRATEGY/ HPO/ COMPLIANCE**

**LOCATION: CHONBURI**

**SALARY PACKAGE: 200,000 - 250,000 THB PER MONTH**

**PURPOSE**:
The role of the Human Resource Business Partner is pivotal within the HR team, dedicated to optimizing employee engagement, nurturing talent development, fostering retention, overseeing performance management, and upholding compliance with labor regulations. This position requires an insightful and strategic individual who possesses a profound comprehension of employee relations and excels in aligning workforce requirements with organizational objectives.

The Senior HRBP will direct report Plant HR Manager and Plant Manager.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cultivating Employee Engagement and Branding:

- Spearhead strategies to foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and reputation.
- Analyze employee feedback and turnover trends to develop retention strategies tailored to employee needs.
- Nurturing Employee Development and Talent Management:

- Develop and oversee talent management programs, including career advancement pathways and succession planning.
- Assess training needs and craft programs to bolster employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Lead talent review processes and collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal talent deployment.
- Performance Optimization:

- Implement and manage the performance evaluation cycle with efficiency and precision.
- Provide training to managers and staff on effective performance evaluation techniques.
- Actively address performance concerns and facilitate constructive feedback and improvement plans.
- Seamless Transition Management:

- Streamline the offboarding process to ensure departing employees exit smoothly.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable insights for organizational enhancement.
- Analyze exit data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Legal Adherence:

- Ensure HR practices, policies, and procedures adhere to local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of legal updates and proactively incorporate necessary changes into HR policies.
- Offer guidance on legal and ethical HR matters to ensure compliance and ethical conduct.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in HR management, Psychology, or the related field
- At least 15 years’ experience working in HR field preferably for an international company
- Strong knowledge on HR strategy, Labor law, HPO and processes
- Good stakeholder management skills and strong in maintaining relations
- Business savviness and understanding trends and developments in focus with ability to steer on business outcomes
- Ability to use and interpret data for business purposes and integrate in daily operations and solutions
- Very Good Communication Skill in English.
