- Department: Marketing & Communications- Location: Thailand- Responsibilities:
- Lead responsibility for revenue generation/ monetization for marketing team
- Drive investment, collaboration and build relationship with brands and sellers from monetized package development, create pitch decks, oversee operations and post mortem for each project
- Negotiate, partner and collaborate closely with stakeholders (internal cross functional teams e.g. marketing solution, branding, social, campaign and commercial & external parties) to support project success
- Ensure operations for monetized package and execution go smoothly
- Be the main PIC to negotiate, discuss and manage operation with brands
- Analyze performance to identify room for improvement that will lead to higher revenue growth

**Job Requirements**
- 7 yrs+ proven experience in monetization, sales, commercial, marketing solution or product marketing
- Strong negotiation and communication skill with ability to influence and discuss with management team of brands and sellers
- Strong stakeholder management skill to liaise with external and various internal teams
- Strong organizational skills, be able to structure complex issues and make sense of ambiguity
- Ability to deliver results in fast turnaround in fast-paced ecommerce business
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment while maintaining a great attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Data driven decision making and prioritization
- Proactive, fast learner and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and flexibility in order to achieve goal
- Good media and social media knowledge to develop package for brand
- Proficiency in excel and PowerPoints
- Fluent in English & Thai - be able to communicate confidently at professional level
