Job Description:
About the Role:
Marketing manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our oncology portfolio. Marketing manager will be responsible for monitoring market trends, developing robust brand and portfolio strategies, implementing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of brand strategies and operational plans to achieve BeiGene Thailand business objectives as planned. In addition, marketing manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively manage product life cycle and portfolio management of the current and future assets to strengthen and ensure the sustainable growth of BeiGene Thailand business as well.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, customers’ behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities for our oncology products with realistic 5-year sales projection and business plan accordingly
- Plan and develop robust brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives
- Collaborate with key account specialists and other cross functional stakeholders, providing clear market direction and guidelines
- Lead innovative, multi-channel and multi-stakeholder campaigns and educational initiatives to deliver value and brand differentiation in line with brand strategies
- Develop critical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other allied healthcare professionals to strengthening BeiGene’s stakeholder engagement as planned
- Collaborate with cross-function teams, particularly with the medical team to develop, integrate and implement operational plans to make sure the brand strategy alignment and build new key advocates to maximize brand awareness and brand adoption
- Collaborate with BeiGene’s cross functional stakeholders (Medical and Market access) to build the strategic partnership with external key stakeholders to broaden access to our medicines and help improve patients’ health and well-being
- Collaborate with partners, health care practitioners, patient advocacy groups and other relevant stakeholders to enhance quality of cancer care with patient-centric mindset.
- Responsible for the development of commercial forecasts as well as brand budgets for monthly & quarterly updates
- Challenge all status quo with new training and/or customer engagement platforms that will support the team in the areas of clear communication, advanced analytics, and being truly customer centric
- Effectively manage product life cycle and portfolio management of the current and future assets to strengthen and ensure the sustainable growth of BeiGene Thailand business
- Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeiGene´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations
Qualification Required:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related fields (MBA is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/brand management with proven track record
- Deep experience in oncology especially new launches is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders both internal and external
- Demonstrated experience in challenging the status quo
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrates strong learning agility with growth mindset
- Be courageous and embrace truly innovative ways of doing things to accomplish things that others thought were impossible.
- Proficient in English communication skills
