**Responsibilities** Corporate Communications**
As a Corporate Communication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our corporate communication strategy. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications and activities, enhancing the overall brand image, and increasing employee engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and management skills and a keen understanding of the corporate landscape.
**Responsibilities**:
- External communications_
- Develop and execute external communication strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for external communication initiatives
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, customer event, and other external communication activities
- Create campaign and events to attract leads and maintain relationship with existing customers
- Coordinate with customers and organize partnership events to strengthen relationship and build brand’s image
- Oversee the production of branded merchandise, ensuring alignment with the company’s visual identity and messaging

- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Craft clear and impactful messages for employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information
- Plan and execute events, campaigns, and other communication initiatives, both offline and online (Smart Connect), for employees
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies on Smart Connect and make data-driven recommendations to increase engagement
- Capture photos and produce engaging videos to visually enhance communication materials
- Design communication mediums, including announcements, newsletter, and presentations to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal
**Requirements** Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience directly related to corporate communications and/or public relations
- Good command of English and Thai is a must
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in using video editing or graphic design programs. Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and Canva is a plus.
- Proven experience in event management
- Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior levels both internally and externally
- Establishes clear, challenging, and achievable objectives
- Aligns resources and the organization within own area of responsibility to achieve objectives
- Regularly reviews and communicates progress against objectives and adjusts as needed
