Are you passionate about customer service and are looking for an interesting position where you can strengthen your skills? Do you speak several languages and do you want to be part of an international company? Do you like being the client’s primary point of contact? Then you are our new Service Support Agent This position is located in **Khon Kaen, Thailand.**In this position you will**:
- Solve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Onboard carriers working with our customers
- Document issues and actions according to customer requirements.
- Collect, complete and enter customer information into our database

**We do have a match if you bring / are**
- Excellent knowledge in **English**. solid knowledge in French, Polish, Dutch or any other European language
- High motivation, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- A Team player who is able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals
- High accuracy standards
- Previous experience working in customer support is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Newcomers from a different profession are also welcome
