• Planning strategies to reach the assigned target of the new business, spread as well as profit. And give advice to the team members.
• Seek new customers as well as a business opportunity.
• Conduct financial analysis (BS, PL, Cash Flow) and analyst the customer's strength, weakness, customer's policies, and their strategies.
• Prepare marketing comments and credit application under above analysis.
• Monitor payment from customers in the team and try to solve the problem.
• To manage and to supervise all members to comply with the rules and regulation of the companies.
Responsibilities:
• Plan strategies to achieve assigned targets for new business growth, expansion, and profitability, and provide guidance to team members
• Identify new customers and business opportunities
• Conduct financial analysis (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow) to assess customers' strengths, weaknesses, policies, and strategies
• Prepare marketing insights and credit applications based on the analysis
• Monitor customer payments within the team and address any issues
• Supervise and ensure all team members comply with company rules and regulations
Experience Requirements:
• Experience in the Leasing company for 5 years up is preferred
• Good command of English
• Credit Analyst skills
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in any fields
