Integrated Biopharma Brand Marketing Manager

Grifols seeks an Integrated Brand Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution of Biopharma brands in GAP management area, driving online and offline activities, and enhancing customer experience through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing action plans and promotional activities in collaboration with country teams.
  • Coordinate with Global teams to streamline initiatives and implement GAP region strategies.
  • Incorporate online channels into core marketing strategies to increase reach and customer engagement.
  • Develop communication toolkit based on customer segmentation.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and preferences for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support distributors with necessary tools and training.
  • Responsible for continuous product training and promotional material training to enhance sales and marketing team knowledge.
  • Map and analyze customer touchpoints to support countries in KOL engagement and advocacy.
  • Conduct market analysis and prescribing trends to ensure business alignment with GAP objectives.
  • Establish effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Nursing or similar).
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management/marketing/digital marketing in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in Veeva Promomats system.
  • Good communication, analytical, and organization skills.
  • Results-oriented, data-driven person with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
