About the team
TikTok's SMB Team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

We're looking for a skilled manager to join as the Team Leader of SMB Scaled Business Sales Thailand. This role will build, scale and oversee our SMB SBS Acceleration organization in Thailand, which is responsible for accelerating the investment of new advertisers. This team will engage a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption. You will empower your team to test a variety of services to understand the effectiveness in addressing advertiser needs and to identify what programs to scale to drive ROI across SMB.
This team leader will partner closely with multiple cross-functional teams including the Program Management and Analytics teams to define, test, measure, optimize and scale programs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Spearhead the growth of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector in Thailand
2. Lead and drive a high performing team of account management for new accounts locally in Thailand

**3. Develop and execute revenue growth strategies by**:

- Providing best-in-class client service and partnership
- Consulting on advertiser's scale up
- Creative tips and best practices
- Budgeting and targeting recommendations

4. Identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit for the team to focus on by collaborating with Product and Marketing for go-to-market strategies;
5. Set a high standard of communication and client management for the team to follow
6. Motivate and drive the team to take initiative and succeed in Thailand

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or must have reached college level with At least 6 years of extensive experience in online marketing, sales, and/or product solutions for small businesses
2. At least 2 years in leadership experience engaging and influencing at an executive level with cross-functional groups.
3. Solid experience in Account management, Brand management, Performance marketing, Digital marketing and Ads Optimization
4. Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
5. Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing technical service environment supporting mobile app based products
6. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals and key metrics
7. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
8. Excellent communication skills.
