Accelerate and sustain growth of the SMB sector in the market
- Lead and drive a high performing team of account managers in the market
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies by:
1. Providing best-in-class client service and partnership
2. Consulting on advertiser's scale up
3. Creative tips and best practices
4. Budgeting and targeting recommendations
- Identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit for the team to focus on by collaborating with cross functional partners (ie., Product, Marketing, etc) to drive innovative solutions to generate incremental revenue for the team
- Set a high standard of communication and client management for the team to follow
- Motivate and drive the team to take initiative and succeed in the market
- Collaborate, drive innovations and share best practices with other SMB teams across the APAC region
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, have sufficient understanding of the overall advertising operations and strong understanding of the market
- Experienced in leading a team
- Comfortable with revenue targets, and experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Astounding analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Independent-thinker and enjoys a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with colleagues across multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience mentoring and nurturing existing team members
- Fluency in English and Thai
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
