- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in Bangkok.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in alignment with the company's channel partner program.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), distributors, and managed service providers (MSPs).
- Provide ongoing support and enablement to channel partners, including training, marketing resources, and sales tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to develop and implement joint business plans and initiatives with channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Track and analyze channel performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue attainment, partner satisfaction, and market share.
- Proactively address challenges and issues impacting channel partner relationships, escalating as needed to ensure resolution and alignment with company objectives.
- Represent TeamViewer at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to promote brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform channel strategies and go-to-market plans.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of success in driving channel revenue growth and managing complex partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of the Bangkok market dynamics, including key players, trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Thai languages.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and channel management tools is a plus.
