- งานประจำ- 2 - 4 ปี- กรุงเทพมหานคร- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
**สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: สำนักงานใหญ่ บางกะปิ.**
**Take care Contact Center Live Chat / Online.**
- Responsible of case management and managing the team agent to be able to provide services to customers via social media channels such a Live chat, Facebook, Line etc. or any delegation cases Oversee Online Agents performance with a high standard of work that aligns with the objectives or criteria effectively.
- To verify and evaluate operation of Online Agents.
- Coordinate effectively with other divisions and department.
- Solving the problem for ABOs/Members or co-operate with related divisions to find the best solution and feedback Analyze the caller behaviors and manages scheduling of online agents workforce.
- To summarize and arrange performance reports and monitoring reports for Manager (daily, weekly monthly, yearly)
- คุณสมบัติ
- Thai nationality, Male or female not over 40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in related field 2-3 year service related working experience
- Able to work in shift (between 9.00-20.00 >>Shift1: 09.00-18.00 and Shift2: 11.00-20.00 and work 5-6 days/week)
- Self-motivated active and professional to relationship with good interpersonal and teamwork skill
- Good command of spoken and written Thai/English and problem-solving skills
- Sense of customer-focus, knowledge of customer service techniques and principles
- Customer service experience though online channel by providing customer’s support.
- Customer service experience and understanding of how to use Contact center operating systems such a CRM / Zendesk / Oracle etc.
