This company is highly expanding in Thailand and supports employees to grow in their careers.
The client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Products - Business Development Manager to join and build the team in Thailand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing yearly general business plans and marketing budgets.
- Acquiring and retaining local and international customer bidding events to achieve the budget plan.
- Representing the company at domestic and international logistics exhibitions and trade shows.
- Leading new cross-functional product development program including SOW / SOP.
- Creating new product development processes that lean and achieve operations excellence foundation.
- Leading the Product Development and Reformulation costs and operations process for the assigned products.
- Improving communications and efficiency between offices, establishing and maintaining domestic and overseas communications concerning product development.
- Providing account management for assigned products and territory.
- Keeping detailed records of corporate events, and freight forwarding movement to include correspondence and communication with customers and the operations team.
- Increasing customer base of the products assigned both locally and internationally.
- Improving customer relationship management, monitoring, and follow-up.
- Providing training and guidance to the new joiner sales team.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent with at least 8-10 years of working experience in freight forwarding.
- Excellence knowledgeable of Freight Forwarding business, Competitors, and Battle Fields.
- SIPOC (Suppliers, Input, Process, Output, Customers) know-how and ability to demonstrate RFQ knowledge.
- Proven record of own business development with multinationals convincing presentation skills and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented.
- Self-confident, Self-motivated, and a "Can Do" Positive attitude are a must.
- Good manners and appearance Intercultural interests, skills, and experience.
- Experience in inbound/outbound business, independent and self-starter.
- Computer basic knowledge, MS Office, and CRM Software.
- Excellent in the English language, both verbal and in writing, others will be an advantage.
