- Collaborate with Product Owner and business partners to discover customer's needs
- Lead inception session to define customer journey as a whole picture
- Work closely to key stakeholder and all business owners to align with business directions
- Translate Product Owner / Product Manager visions into meaningful Epics and Stories so that the squad team can incrementally deliver objectives
- Lead backlog grooming session to define release planning together with PO and PM
- Lead point estimation to define effort of each card and recommends story development priorities
- Be a partner of Product Owners to ensure that Release and Sprint backlogs are prioritized for the Squad Team to deliver sprint by sprint
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared stories to work on
- Collaborate with develop team in desk check session to ensure software quality before testing and implementing

- Background in banking and financial services is advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project deliveries as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or System Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex business and systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Strong team leadership and development skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
