Our client is a leading logistics management in Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:
This position will directly to Senior Manager and will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- Being responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance and development of the new Business opportunity.
- Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects and LSA Management (Create contract proposal in proper solutions for business).
- Driving the volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of the department and to achieve revenue Target.
- Conducting one-on-one review with all BD subordinates to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of BD.
- Handling the team sales and activity performance.
- Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFQ responses.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years in Sales and Marketing in the Logistics, Warehouses, Distribution, and E-Commerce business.
- Highly responsible and able to take ownership of tasks assigned.
- Time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to be an effective team player.
- Fluency in written and oral communication (English and Thai).
