**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and groom a team to achieve high performance.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Passion for data, technology, and innovation.
- Experiences in Technical Sales (Tech product or AI Industry) a plus
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Fluent in English and Thai
