Our client is an international logistics provider. They have teams around the globe that provide logistics services to their customers with global deliveries above and beyond. They offer ocean freight, air freight, trucking, and third-party logistics (3PL). This company is highly expanding in Thailand and supports employees to grow in their careers.

The client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Sales Manager to join and build the team in Thailand.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing subordinates in the team and reporting to the direct manager.
- Proactively interacting and acquiring new customers for Ocean, Air & Customs Brokerage.
- Handling overall jobs description will be responsible for the Sales division.
- Making Improvement plans and providing solutions when needed.
- Making reports as assigned.
- Being able to communicate with each division.
- Preparing documents related to sales activity.
- Preparing quotation.
- Communicating with clients closely to make a shipment plan.
- Communicating with the oversea distributor before/after shipment.
- Handling other tasks as assigned by the Thai sales manager.
- Having Self-management and motivation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree related to Logistics Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Good command of English skills in Reading, Writing and Speaking for internal and other external communication.
- Experience in Sales or Business Development with a freight forwarding background.
- Solid understanding of customer industry needs & requirements for the respective product.
- In-depth understanding of local/regional industry market trends
- Computer literacy (Internet, E-mail, MS Office, etc.)
- The jobs are to work in the sales team, which is related to freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and value-added service.
- Able to work under pressure and short lead time.
