**ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER/SALES MANAGER-ELECTRONICS CHEMICALS**:
Our team in **Bangkok** currently has an opening for a **Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager-Electronics Chemicals**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and meet sales objectives.
- Manage a specific product portfolio in alignment with supplier strategies and marketing activities.
- Spearhead new projects and product development to expand Chemical for Electronics and Rare Earth business.
- Achieve budgetary targets as determined by the business and suppliers.
- Monitor stock positions and debtors, ensuring proper inventory levels for all assigned products.
- Collaborate with supplier relationship management to manage purchase and inventory levels.
- Regularly conduct joint visits with the sales team to understand market trends and opportunities.
- Manage the sales forecasting process to meet business requirements.
- Communicate pricing strategies to the sales team, ensuring accuracy and completeness of pricing data.
- Prepare sales quotes/proposals and manage the bidding process.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers.
- Present information and communicate effectively in both English and Thai in various settings, including business presentations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and industry meetings, fostering supplier and customer relationships.
- Maintain and develop existing supplier relationships.
- Provide market information and trends to the Business Development team.
- Always update Project in pipelines in the CRM.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the chemicals for Electronics, Electric Appliances, Silicones, EV-Automotives, Battery, Power Plant, Gases, Semiconductors and Rare Earth business.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong hunting skills in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
- Solid understanding of the electronics chemicals market and its customers.
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical mindset.
- A growth mindset with a positive, energetic attitude, and a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Excellent presentation skills and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude, optimistic, and a growth mindset.
