Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas.
**Working at NTT**
The Project Administrator/Coordinator provides project administrative assistance to a Project Management team during the delivery of simple and complex projects and programmes. The Project Admnistrator/Coordinator works under the guidance of a Project Manager and may also be responsible for delivery of transactional and standard/coordinated project types or projects as defined in the Primer/iPrimer methodologies.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Provide project administrative assistance to Project Managers, Project Management Leads, Programme Managers and project teams
- Manage he delivery of the project according to the PMI knowledge areas and in line with the Primer/iPrimer methodologies
- Ensure that the project delivers the as-sold solution, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction
- Liaise with internal / external clients and ensure client satisfaction

- Fundamental understanding of business and project processes, structure and control requirements

- Ability to provide project support with limited guidance for multiple projects
**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:
- Relevant project management certifications or equivalent related work experience
**Required Experience**:
- Demonstrated project administration experience preferably within a technology services environment
- Proven client engagement experience preferable
