**About the Company**:
Our client is start-up company who expertise in skincare. They are now expanding business and looking for Admin & Secretary to support Management and business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Secretary Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the management team.
- Carefully verify documents for accuracy before presenting them to executives for approval.
- Schedule and organize meetings for both the management team and working groups.
- Assist with personal requests, including family matters, hospital visits, accommodation arrangements, phone-related issues, personal trips, visa matters, banking tasks, high-value item purchases, and daily living support.
- Manage and resolve dynamic and conflicting calendars on a daily basis.
- Promptly remind of appointments and follow up on high-priority tasks for the management team.
- Prepare necessary files, folders, meeting agendas, and information for each meeting.

Admin Responsibilities:

- As an Admin Officer, the role involves overseeing various administrative tasks.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, and order replacements when needed.
- Coordinate or provide office services, such as records management and personnel for housekeeping and messenger services.
- Ensure a constant supply of stationery, consumables, office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and schedules.

**Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in roles like executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative positions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and English.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
- Display a positive attitude, maintain a professional demeanor, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities.
- Highly skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Can work responsibly under high-pressure situations.
