- Main Responsibilities : Provide an efficient and responsive secretarial and administrative support to all foreign expatriates included business visitors and others request related to expatriates’ activities. Such as;- File and update information of expats
- Visa & Work Permit related matters
- Arrangement for domestic & oversea business trip
- Accommodation Arrangement (house rental payment / hotel booking)
- Manage car rentals and drivers
- Make appointment, booking restaurants, golfs, etc
- Expenses control and disbursement
- Support for expats related administrative documents
- Other facilities and support to expats as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Welcome new graduates or 1-5 years of work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Good written and verbal communication in English (TOEIC 600+)
- Multi-tasking and time management capability
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with office organization
- Vocational Degree or Bachelor Degree
- Work experience with expats is prefer**English Level**:
Level 3 - Business Level**Other Language**:
Thai, English
