Position : Sales Operation Manager

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Sales Operations Management:

- To manage a Sales Support team who are responsible for daily operation tasks such as Promotion Price set up, Sales Reporting, Distribution Management System support and other assigned base on commercial direction.
- To support Sales Leaders, make data-backed business decisions to drive performance and increase efficiencies while improving the sales processes through better measurement and execution.
- Evaluate shopper/retailer activation to ensure the business is spending money efficiently while continually improving and delivering Return on Investment (ROI)
- Manage budget, track monthly spending (A&P / G2N) and monthly forecasting, and the phasing of spend and work closely with finance make sure all compliance.
- Makes fact-based decisions and follows through to completion, analyses and uses data to achieve sales goals, drives execution, initiates action and follow-ups to successful completion.
- Manage sales incentive program to ensure sales achievements are accuracy.

Business Intelligence Analysis:

- Lead BI professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, reliability, and maintainability of BI solutions.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Design and implement data models and KPIs to track operational performance.
- Partner with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- 5 - 10 years of experience in operations management with business intelligence, or related roles.
- Ability to drive passion and energy when leading projects and working within teams.
- Sound data analysis and commercial understanding.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI,).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
- Strong proficiency in manage complex workflows, custom dashboards, templates, and databases.
- Technologically savvy to continue achieving effective and high performance.
