Consulting- Role:

- General Manager (GM) with experience in prestige products is crucial. The role demands a unique blend of skills and experience, plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability of high-end merchandise. This position requires a blend of leadership, operation management and planning, and given the distinct challenges and opportunities in the luxury resale market.**Responsibilities**:

- Operation Management:
- Oversee the store's day-to-day operations.
- Oversee daily operations of both the physical store(s) and the online platform to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards to foster loyalty and repeat business among high-end clientele.
- Develop policies and procedures that enhance the shopping experience, whether online or in-store.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff.

Customer Experience:
- Ensure the provision of exceptional customer service to uphold the brand’s reputation.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.

Sales Management:
- Work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to develop and execute business strategies that expand the company's market share within the luxury resale market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events
- Analyze sales data to understand customer preferences and trends, adjusting inventory and marketing strategies accordingly.

Inventory, Quality Control and Authentication:
- Ensure the store's inventory aligns with the demand and brand image.
- Ensure all items meet the company's standards for quality and authenticity, maintaining trust and integrity with customers.
- Implement operational strategies to optimize inventory turnover, reduce costs, and improve the customer shopping experience.
- Identify new opportunities for sourcing high-quality second-hand luxury items.

Team Management- Lead, motivate, and develop a team capable of delivering the company's objectives, emphasizing product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ethical integrity, and continuous improvement.

Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the store's budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and inventory costs.
- Understanding financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required.

**Experience**:
- Significant experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or prestige product sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful team.

**Skills**:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Knowledge of the luxury market and customer expectations.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and understand financial reports.
