Shopper Insights Manager

Provide consumer, category and competitor insights to support marketing team in strategic plans.
Monitor and track brand performance and evaluation of marketing mix.
Lead marketing research calendar and Innovation testing.
Research Agency Management.
Serve as the navigator by providing thought partnership with trade marketing and providing a holistic view of the shopper by category/customer.
Communicate and embed learning to increase the impact of insights into action by making them relevant to the Sales/Customer strategy.
Provide analysis base on insights to support Sales& Marketing in strategic plans.
Monitor and track brand/pack/price/distribution performance for all channel.
Provide the evaluation of promotions towards the objectives and provide insight based recommendation.
Add value to knowledge sharing by connecting the dots about the shopper and customer to show cumulative knowledge.
Support on shopper research and led local shopper research when required.
Research Agency Management and manage project within approved budget.
**Skill and Experience**:
Bachelor or Master in business, or statistics or any related field.
Over 5 years of proven experience in research fields (Tracking, Quantitative and Qualitative research).
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Leadership skills, able to lead insights calendar for Thailand.
Excellent communicator.
Fluent English.
Computer literature in Microsoft office.
