Leading the development of the Rights to Win and the Key Strategies of the Categories.
- Integrating categories strategies with the Brand Plans and the Key Channels Strategies and Tactical Plans, combined with all insights, Interpret to analysis and provide a solution to Trade Marketing / Key Account Team.
- Coordinating development and implementation by collaborating with Brand and Trade Marketing Team in order to achieve business objectives, P&L evolution, KBI & KPIs based on each Category strategic growth pillars.
- Monitoring the P&L of its categories for System and for the Bottler.
- Finding the right balance between Brand Strategies and Channel Strategies to their Categories.
- Developing the Yearly, 3 Years and 5 Years Business Plans and Budget for each one of its categories.
- Developing Category Shopper based Insights, analysis, and competitors movement and timely shared with all relevant functions which used as strategic inputs in New Product.
- Developing the Brand Plans, Channel Strategy, and Picture of Success Development.
- Recommending Trade price and promotion in order to provide the right Margins for Trade and wholesalers for the products to win in the market reaching the expected profitability and revenues. Working collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Sales and KA Teams in that matter.
- Monitoring the P&L categories for the System and for the Bottler.
- Leading the category insight sharing to customers and co-work with Key Account to negotiate on category execution with customers.
- Joining meeting with customer category & buyer team regularly to understand the insights, joint category development plan with the customer on a win-win solution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, BA, Finance, Statistic Major or related field.
- At least 5 years in sales, marketing or category management in FMCG.
- Commercial skills and knowledge in fields such as Category, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Finance in both depth and width aspects.
- Innovative thinking.
- Skill in data, market, problem-solving skills analysis and presentation.
- Managerial skills to handle multiple processes, areas and action plans.
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule to check the initiative's progress.
- Good communication skills both in Thai and English.
- Good command of English, both in speaking and writing.
