Salesforce Manager

Our customers are wholesale distribution centers of consumer products to customers, members, and entrepreneurs across the country.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identifying and following through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending at our company.
- Leading a high-functioning by ensuring the store customer development team achieved KPIs.
- Coaching team to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.
- Visiting high-priority customers and going into the field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to the Head Office Team.
- Ensuring the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives.
- Collaborating with Assistant Store General Manager to achieve store and customer development team KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
- Demonstrating the ability to drive sales through the actions of others.
- Supervising experience in sales and customer service of a retail or B2B wholesale organization.
- Handling previous sales experience with a track record of achieving set KPIs.
- Collaborating across stakeholders in the store and Head office Team.
**Qualifications**:
- Thai Male/Female not over 45 years old.
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, computer science, or related courses
- At least 5-7 years of supervisory experience in sales and customer service, and database management of a retailer or wholesale organization.
- Advance in Excell (Pivot, Vlookup) and Microsoft Office.
- Fair to Good command of English.
- Have own car and driving license.
- Self-motivated, Well-organized, and Thorough in numbers.
- Proactive, positive thinking, and can-do attitude.
- Resulted and details oriented.
