Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst Lead to join our team. As the Business Systems Analyst Lead, you will have a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of Business Analysts, collaborating with clients to comprehend their business objectives, efficiently gather requirements, and develop innovative and practical solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce and strong leadership abilities will greatly contribute to the overall success of our consultancy firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions to clients across various sectors, including banking, insurance, real estate, and trading/retail.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehensively understand their business objectives and efficiently gather requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of client requirements to develop innovative and practical solutions.
- Utilize extensive functional knowledge in Salesforce to provide expert guidance and support to both the team and clients.
- Effectively communicate and defend recommendations to clients, ensuring their needs are met while considering project constraints.
- Maintain a balance between client requirements and deliverables within a team setting, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Coach and train junior team members to enhance their business analysis skills and contribute to their professional growth.
- Handle high-pressure situations with composure and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to resolve project issues and conflicts.

Qualifications:

- Possess 4-5 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong functional knowledge in Salesforce, with the ability to effectively utilize the platform for developing and implementing solutions.
- Proficient in requirements gathering and business analysis processes, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- Ability to effectively engage with clients, build relationships, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to balance client requirements and deliverables within a team setting, ensuring project success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and support team members to reach their full potential.
- Comfortable working under high-pressure situations and tight deadlines, maintaining composure while delivering results.
- Possess coaching and training skills to guide and develop junior team members.
- Genuine passion for the business analysis role, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Optional: Previous experience in a consultancy role, exposure to Salesforce, and strong commercial/requirement skills will be advantageous.
