As a System Developer - Salesforce and Integration, you are responsible to work with Salesforce Development team for Salesforce Development projects, provide supports to Salesforce’s users, work as the administrator to manage Salesforce users and licenses, work with IT and Data team for system and data integration projects.

Apart from the technical skills, data and IT background knowleges, the strong organizational skills with good interpersonal and a customer service-oriented attitude are the keys for your success in this organization.

**Key Responsibilities included, but are not limited to**:

- Work with Senior Manager - Salesforce Development and Support for Salesforce Development projects in the company.
- Work as the 1st tier Salesforce User Support and System Administration to manage Salesforce user, Salesforce permission, Monitor Salesforce licenses and inform the supervisor to control the cost.
- Work with Salesforce Project Team and business users for Salesforce Report and Dashboard Developments.
- Work with AVC IT and IT Vendors for system integration such as Salesforce integration with Call Center System, or with Customer, AVC Owner Management Systems.
- Work with Data team for data migration between systems by using automation tools, API solutions, or supporting the implementations to extract data from Salesforce to Data warehouse for analytical purposes.
- Translates business and technical requirements into solution designs and perform the system development that satisfy the business needs and comply with approved standards.
- Report the progress of Salesforce development and integration projects, using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure the projects are carried out in accordance with the standards, methods and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Understanding the Computer Programing, SQL, Data Tool.
- Understanding the IT, Network Infrastucture, Routing and Security Control.
- Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

**Education &/or Experience**

1. A minimum of at least twelve months experience as senior sales executive and/or an assistant sales manager or senior level sales executive, preferably with a multi-site company offering a Points based product,

2. No documented record of serious misconduct, misrepresentation, or breaching of sales and/or company policies

3. Tertiary or University education desirable, though not a requirement
