Support customers to solve problems and provide any assistance
- Record and track customer's issues for further work
- Coordinate with other related teams
- Work as assigned by the team and supervisor
- Accountable for meeting individual (OKRs )and team goals.
- Able to work on rotating shifts. (11:00AM - 8:00 PM including weekends and public holidays)
**Qualification**
- Male or Female Thai nationality
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in Call Centre, Customer Support or related field is preferable.
- Control your emotions well at all times. Even in a stressful situation
- Good public mind, working well with others Happy to help others
- Self managed, responsible for your own responsibility.
- Attention to details Emphasizing accuracy and completeness
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs fluently
- Able to use computer and smartphone fluently
