・Provide basic support for clients (e.g. Vendor account creation in the system)
・Provide technical support and answer questions from clients over the phone
・Support vendors of clients by answering questions and provide technical support over the phone
・Support invoice processing (e.g. scan, data entry, etc.) activities related to service
・Prepare feedback summary report for internal usage to improve service
・Attend external meetings together with Customer Success team to support English & Thai interpretation・Basic data compilation and report preparation of customer behavior and service usage for the Customer Success Team
・Translation of English documents to Thai for the Customer Success Team
