**Job Title**: Customer Support Specialist (Thai Speaker)

**Location**: Malaysia

**Job Overview**: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Thai-speaking customers. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills in Thai and English, as well as a customer-focused attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Identify common issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
