Customer Service Support

Processing order and Ensuring order processing in handled correct and in time
- Preparing quotation and require documentation to complete sales order transactions
- Coordinate with related departments to handle customer inquiry and complaints and response in a timely and accurately
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Perform filing and proper documentation for audit trails
- Receiving phone call from customers or internal
- Generate reports required for monitoring and collaboration with other stakeholders
- Other tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachler’s degree in any fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service support, sales support or any related (Medical device industry is preferable)
- Good in English skills (Minimum TOEIC score 450 is preferable)
- Computer literacy in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
- Having knowledge about the SAP system will be an advantage
- Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
- Good analytical, problem-solving, multitasking and also communications skills
- Friendly & a good team player
