Afin de soutenir notre croissance dans la région de l'Asie du Sud-Est, Bridor est à la recherche d'un Area Sales Manager (H/F) pour la Thaïlande, le Vietnam, le Cambodge et le Myanmar. Vous serez rattaché au Regional Sales Manager et développerez les ventes de Bridor avec l'aide d'un chef technique Bridor basé à Bangkok.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Identifier de nouvelles perspectives commerciales et des partenariats, visiter régulièrement les clients et établir des accords mutuellement bénéfiques pour stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente avec différentes parties prenantes
- Gérer notre réseau de distribution existant dans la région et favoriser des partenariats solides.
- Collaborer avec les distributeurs pour assurer une distribution, une promotion et des ventes efficaces de nos produits.
- Fournir un soutien continu, une formation et des ressources afin d'améliorer les capacités des distributeurs.
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients clés, en veillant à leur satisfaction et à leur fidélité.
- Préparer régulièrement des rapports de vente, des prévisions et des budgets, en analysant les données pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration et optimiser les stratégies de vente.
- Recruter et gérer une nouvelle équipe dans la région.

Titulaire d'une licence en administration des affaires, en vente ou dans un domaine connexe, vous avez une expérience confirmée d'au moins cinq ans dans la vente, dans la gestion des relations avec les distributeurs et des réseaux, de préférence dans un contexte international. Orienté vers les résultats et soucieux d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de vente, vous possédez de grandes compétences en matière de négociation. Vos solides compétences en matière de planification stratégique et d'analyse ainsi que vos aptitudes relationnelles sont de véritables atouts pour ce poste. Diligent et doté d'une attitude positive, vous souhaitez poursuivre votre carrière au sein d'une entreprise ambitieuse et en pleine croissance. Ce poste requiert la maîtrise de l'anglais et du thaï (idéalement du français), avec des déplacements fréquents dans la région assignée (50% du temps).
